Welcome to Chesapeake Farms Association!
As a homeowner in Chesapeake Farms, you are part of a community which consists of over six hundred and fifty privately owned homes. The Association was established to maintain the common areas of the community. This includes, but is not limited to, the monuments, entrances, common area landscaping, perimeter fences and parkways. As a member of the community, your yearly assessments maintain the common areas and help present and elevate the community as a desirable and family friendly area to reside.
